ICASA extends temporary spectrum assignments until end-August

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has resolved to extend the temporary radio frequency spectrum assignments issued to licensees. ICASA had already extended it in March from 01 April to 31 May and it is now allowing continued use until 31 August, following a review of the ICT Covid-19 National Disaster Regulations.
