ICASA raises network and broadcasting licence prices by 4% in April

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has announced a 4.1 percent price increase for all communications network and broadcasting licences, including radio frequency spectrum licences, MyBroadband reports. ICASA stated that its price increases were based on the Consumer Price Index.
