Ice achieves highest consistent mobile internet quality score in Nordic region

The consultancy Tutela said that Ice of Norway delivered the highest levels of consistent quality in its testing, according to its report 'Nordics -- State of Mobile Networks January 2019'. Ice subscribers are on Telia's network around one third of the time, through their roaming agreement, but internet speeds appear to be a little slower for Ice users than Telia users.
