Ice expects EBITDA break-even in H2 2020 after Q3 smartphone revenues rise 26% and customers grow

Ice Group has announced a 26 percent rise in smartphone revenues in the third quarter but another loss at EBITDA level, yet it expects EBITDA break-even during the second half of 2020. The number of smartphone subscribers rose 27 percent in the year to 30 September. The smartphone customer base expanded by 119,000 subscriptions or 27 percent over the past twelve months to 555,000 and by 19,000 since 30 June, said Eivind Helgaker, CEO of Ice Group.
