Ice Group blames global financial market declines for delay to IPO

Ice Group said it has decided to postpone its initial public offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares on the Oslo stock exchange, blaming deteriorating market conditions. It said it had received "highly positive" feedback related to its business case and network expansion plans for Norway, but the increasing turbulence of the global financial markets, including a recent rapid decline of the Dow Jones, had led to investor caution.
