Ice Norway declares dispute with loan agent GoldenTree as small shareholder bond offer starts

Ice Group of Norway has announced the start of the subscription period for its convertible bond offering for smaller shareholders, on the same terms as the bond issue directed to major shareholders announced in late August. It said the NOK 350 million tap issue option linked to the directed issue would not be used, and that it is in dispute with GoldenTree, its agent for a loan taken out in 2015.
