Ice Norway receives ESA approval for 2019 spectrum acquisition payment deferrals

Mobile operator Ice Norway said the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) has conditionally approved its plans to defer some payments for spectrum acquired in 2019. It said payment of NOK 303 million from last year's spectrum auction of 700 MHz and 2,100 MHz frequencies will be deferred from 01 November 2021 until 01 November 2025. The spectrum charges due for payment on 01 February 2021 and 01 February 2022, will be deferred 01 February 2025
