Icelandic PTA annual report shows active mobile competition

The Icelandic Post and Telecom Administration (PTA) has published its annual report for 2016, giving an overview of the PTA's operations during that year. It said that a statistical report for the first half of 2016 shows that there is active competition on the mobile network market and that division among the three largest companies is more or less equal. Nova has 34 percent market share, Siminn just under 34 percent and Vodafone Iceland, approximately 27.5 percent.
