Icelandic regulator proposes Mila remains SMP operator on markets 3a and 3b

Iceland's Post and Telecom Administration (PTA) is holding a consultation on its draft analysis of the wholesale markets for fixed-line access and centralised fixed-line access, called markets 3a and 3b. Comments should be submitted by 11 June. It said that Mila remains an operator with Significant Market Power on both markets.
