ICG buys majority stake in German regional operator TNG

Alternative asset manager Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) has acquired a majority stake in German regional cable operator TNG through its infrastructure investment arm, ICG Infra. The founders of TNG will remain as minority shareholders on board and continue to serve the company in their current management positions.
