ICO appoints Director of Technology Policy and Innovation

The UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has announced the appointment of Simon McDougall as Executive Director for Technology Policy and Innovation. He is currently managing director of risk management and regulatory compliance consultancy Promontory.
