ICT Group set to go private in takeover offer from NPM, Teslin

The Dutch provider ICT Group is going private after NPM Capital and Teslin launched a bid for all its shares. The offer of EUR 14.50 per share is nearly a 32 percent premium on the share price the day before the announcement. The offer values the company at EUR 140 million.
