Idemia and Kudelski join forces to develop IoT SAFE-compliant offering

Augmented identity company Idemia and Kudelski IoT, a division of the Kudelski Group, unveiled a new offering targeted at mobile operators and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), developed in compliance with the GSMA's IoT SAFE requirements (IoT SIM Applet For secure End-2-End communication). Already partners in IoT device security, the two companies described their latest joint effort as a 'first-to-market' offering, based on the integration of Kudelski IoT's Root of Trust applet and keySTREAM system within Idemia's embedded secure elements and Over-The-Air (OTA) platform.
