Idemia wins facial recognition contract from Oslo Airport

Augmented reality company Idemia, formed from Oberthur Technologies and Safran Identity and Security (Morpho), said Oslo Airport has begun using its MorphoFace facial recognition service for its new automated border control gates. The tailored project was executed in close cooperation with airport and air navigation agency Avinor, the Norwegian Police, and local partner Seca Solutions, part of Dormakaba Group.
