IFT consults on electronic portal, approves Fox Sports sale, clears Televisa-Axtel deal

Mexico's Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) announced two new public consultations on plans to simplify its data systems for permits and applications with electronic procedures. In addition, it's extended the consultation on competition measures for dominant players in the telecom and broadcast sectors to 27 May.
