Iliad and Molotov raise objections over French broadcasters' Salto project – report

Free's parent company Iliad has addressed a letter of objection to the French competition authority over the proposed launch of SVoD platform Salto, according to information gathered by Le Monde. Streaming platform Molotov has also reportedly expressed its opposition to the project. The revelations follow the recent news that the three broadcasters behind Salto have made significant commitments to receive the regulatory green light of the competition authority.
