French operator Iliad is set to announce the launch of its Italian mobile operation under the Iliad brand at a press conference in Milan on 29 May, reports La Repubblica, citing a Facebook post. The company last week revealed during the presentation of its first-quarter results that the official launch of Iliad in Italy had been pencilled in for 21 June but the post said it would unveil its "revolution" of the Italian telecommunications sector on 29 May in a conference streamed live on its Facebook page.
