Iliad to sell Free call centre in Hauts-de-Seine to Comdata

Iliad is to go ahead with the disposal of a call centre serving Free customers, after reaching an agreement with trade unions on the terms of the sale, reports Le Figaro. Located in the Hauts-de-Seine department, the call centre operations are expected to change hands in October, following a deal with Comdata, a specialist in business process outsourcing and CRM services, majority owned by the Carlyle Group.
