INCA welcomes Ofcom moves to relax Openreach infrastructure access rules

The Independent Networks Co-operative Association (INCA) has welcomed a decision by UK telecoms regulator to remove restrictions on the use of BT poles and ducts in the Physical Infrastructure Market Review.
