India Supreme Court rejects DoT's plea seeking approval for staggered payment of AGR fees

Thursday 19 March 2020 | 09:50 CET | News

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta claimed that the government is just seeking extension of time, and not reassessment of dues, but Justice Mishra argued that AGR dues are public money.
