India Supreme Court rejects telecom operators' AGR recalculation request

India's Supreme Court has dismissed telecom operators' request for correction of their Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) fees. The operators claimed there were "arithmetic errors" in the calculation of Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) payable to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), The Times of India reports. "All applications are dismissed", a bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and S Abdul Nazeer and M R Shah said.
