Indiana Toll Road picks Extreme Networks' software-driven network products

The Indiana Toll Road Concession Company (ITRCC) deployed Extreme Networks software-driven network products to improve driver safety on its connected highway. The Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) powered by Extreme's Smart OmniEdge technology provide real-time updates on traffic patterns, enabling safer, more coordinated use of the roadway. As a result, the highway system reduced traffic incidents by 30 percent.
