Indigo delivers support services to Huawei TAC in Reading

Specialist telecoms support services company Indigo Telecom Group has signed a contract to supply Huawei with professional support services at the Huawei Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in Reading, UK. The 12-month deal will see Indigo supply 1st line support to Huawei's network customers with onsite personnel based at Huawei's TAC, as well as additional services including network management and overflow support, emergency and major event cover.
