Industry computer group opposes Comcast-TWC deal

Another major company has joined the group of forces opposing the proposed USD 45.2 billion merger of Comcast and Time Warner Cable, that include Microsoft, Google, Facebook, T-Mobile and Dish Network. On 9 June, Ed Black, president of the Computer & Communications Industry Association, sent a letter to Senate communications subcommittee member Al Franken, stating his concerns about the merger.
