Infineon in talks to sell mobile unit to Intel - report
Infineon Technologies is in talks to sell its mobile-chip unit to Intel for up to USD 1.4 billion, German paper Die Welt reported, citing unidentified bankers. The two sides have met several times in the past few weeks, though a contract has not yet been signed. The companies declined to comment, the paper said.
