Infinera guides higher after better-than-expected Q1

Wednesday 5 May 2021 | 09:49 CET | News
Infinera reported better results for the first quarter, though figures were lower on a sequential basis, with CEO David Heard saying the adjusted revenues, adjusted gross margin and adjusted operating margin were ahead of expectations. The CEO said he was encouraged by the positive start to the year, helped by broad-based demand for the company's differentiated open optical systems, and remains confident about the opportunities ahead, despite supply chain challenges and impact of the ongoing pandemic.
