ING, Rabobank start testing Payconiq app with customers

The Dutch banks ING and Rabobank have started testing the Payconiq mobile payments app with a group of customers. At the same time, the other major Dutch bank, ABN Amro has decided to withdraw from Payconiq in favour of its own in-house app.
