Instagram COO moves to Facebook to lead global partnerships

Instagram COO Marne Levine is moving to Facebook as VP of global partnerships and business development, a job recently vacated by Dan Rose, Recode reports. After leaving the social network for Instagram almost four years ago, she will return to handle everything from media and entertainment deals to relationships with mobile operators.
