Intel accelerates share buyback programme after strong H1

Intel has accelerated its USD 20 billion share buyback programme, announced in October 2019. The company is now planning to buy back USD 10 billion worth of shares under new accelerated share repurchase (ASR) agreements. When these complete, the company will have bought back USD 17.6 billion worth of shares under the total programme.
