Intel introduces Go brand for autonomous car products

Intel has unveiled the new brand Go at CES for its products targeting the automotive market. This includes hardware and software development kits for implementing Intel Atom and Xeon processors in self-driving car systems, as well as a "5G-ready" development platform for supporting automated driving and connectivity. Companies such as BMW, Delphi and Baidu have announced plans to use Intel technology in their autonomous vehicles, and Intel Capital recently committed USD 250 million in investment in start-ups active in the sector.
