Intel, Luxottica unveil fitness tracking smart eyewear

Intel has continued its partnership with Italy's Luxottica group, maker of Ray-Ban and Oakley sunglasses, with the launch of a new eyewear product featuring a real-time voice activated coaching system. In a statement the companies said the Oakley-branded Radar Pace is the result of years of research and is designed to help athletes of all types train well by equipping them with rich information and real-time feedback. It comes with external sensors and an accompanying app to collect and analyse personal performance data such as power output, heart rate, speed, cadence, time, pace and distance
