Intel mobile head Evans to resign - report

The head of Intel's Communication and Devices Group, Aicha Evans, has submitted her resignation after less than a year in the position, according to unnamed sources cited by Bloomberg. Evans was promoted to head of the mobile division, and to Intel's management committee, last year when the company announced its previous mobile leaders Hermann Eul and Mike Bell would be leaving after a transition period. Although Evans outlined the company's 5G development plans at the recent Mobile World Congress in Barcelona she admitted that Intel hadn't done enough over the past decade to truly succeed in
