Interxion again repeats outlook as Telecity deals ends

Interxion said it has terminated its agreement for an all-share merger with Telecity, following Equinix's successful bid for the company for GBP 2.35 billion. The company also reiterated its full year guidance for revenues of EUR 375-388 million, adjusted EBITDA of EUR 162-172 million and capex of EUR 180 million-200 million.
