Intrasoft (Greece), provider of IT services to govt ministries and utilities, will launch the largest ever public offering on the Athens stock exchange on 04 October 1994 at Dr8.5 bil. The offer will run for four days and includes some 1.1 mil common shares at Dr4,800 each and 438k preferred shares at Dr4,500/share. Lead underwriter is the National Bank.
