Investments in 5G means less dropped calls, better network quality in general - study

The number of reported problems with mobile network quality in the US decreased year-on-year for every major mobile carrier, helped by investments into 5G-ready networks, according to the latest study from JD Power, covering January through July. This means there are less dropped calls, slow app performance and call quality issues since carriers started upgrading their networks.
