iOS remains top selling smartphone platform in US

iOS continues to lead as the top selling smartphone platform sold in the US, with 51.2 percent of market sales for the twelve-week period ending 23 December 2012, according to new data from Kantar Worldpanel ComTech. Android remained stable year-over-year with 44.2 percent of smartphones sold, while Windows remained in third place at 2.6 percent of smartphones sold in the twelve weeks to December period.
