iOS share up in Europe, China on iPhone X boost

Apple's flagship iPhone X made it into the top three best-selling smartphones in the month of December across Europe, Urban China, Japan, Australia and the US, according to the latest data from Kantar Worldpanel ComTech. In spite of reports of weaker than expected sales over the holiday season, the iPhone X together with the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus helped boost Apple's share of the global smartphone OS market by 1.0 percentage point across six markets in the three months ending in December.
