Iran, Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey to establish ICT consortium

Ministers from Iran, Azerbaijan, Russia and Turkey have agreed to establish a consortium for further development of information and communication technologies (ICT), Trend reported. Azerbaijani Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade said that the parties are expected to cooperate in the fields of satellite communication, cybersecurity, the development of telecommunications infrastructure, and other fields of mutual interest.
