Iran to spend EUR 16 bln on ICT over 5 years

Iran plans to invest EUR 16 billion in Information and Communications Technology, reports IRNA. ICT Minister Mahmoud Vaezi said the investment will be made by the state and private sectors in the country in the next five years. Vaezi said in his address to the Iran Connect 2016 conference that a quarterof that investment will be made by the government, with the private sector to be responsible for the rest.
