Ireland to collect back taxes from Apple from Q1 2018

Ireland will begin collecting the EUR 13 billion in back taxes claimed from Apple as soon as early next year after both sides agreed to the terms of an escrow fund for the money, Ireland's finance minister said. The money will be held in escrow while both Ireland and Apple appeal the decision by the European Commission.
