Irish govt outsources TV licence fee collection, RTE warns of PSB funding crisis

Irish Communications Minister Richard Bruton has published the Broadcasting Bill, which reduces the levies imposed on independent broadcasters. He also announced changes to how the TV licence will be collected now and in the future, and a review of the Broadcasting Act.
