Irish more satisfied with broadband speeds, most still below 30 Mbps

Tuesday 21 August 2018 | 14:36 CET | News
Irish consumers are more satisfied with their broadband speeds, according to research published by the comparison portal Switcher.ie. Three in five (60%) said they were happy with their broadband speeds at home, up from 44 percent a year ago. However, rural residents are still less satisfied than city-dwellers, as a third of people in Connacht/Ulster said they're unhappy with their speeds at home, compared to just 16 percent in Dublin.
