ISP choice driven more by promotions, speeds - survey

The choice of ISP is driven most by promotional offers, connection costs and download speeds, according to the latest results from the Telecompaper Consumer Insights Panel. The survey of around 4,000 internet subscribers in the Netherlands found that they are less concerned about reliability and quality and also less loyal to their current providers.
