ISPA council votes in BT, Eclipse, Everything Everwhere, O2

The UK Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) governing council has voted in four new members, including BT, Eclipse Internet, Everything Everywhere (Orange, T-Mobile) and O2 UK, ISPreview reported. The council is responsible for setting policies and is made up of ten people from the ISPA's 200 strong industry membership list, representing more than 95 percent of the UK Internet access market by volume. Tt is the first time that any of these ISPs have had a place on the ISPA council. Most of the other council members represent smaller businesses.
