ISS advises shareholders to turn against KPN - report

Advisory bureau ISS has advised KPN investors to provide no dicharge of liability to KPN's supervisory or management boards, Het Financieele Dagblad reported after getting its hand on an ISS report, put together for the AGM planned for 10 April. ISS said it had a problem with KPN asking for support for its rights issue at EUR 3.0 per share, after last year advising shareholders to refuse America Movil's bid at EUR 8.0 per share. The report did not say how the vote would go, with no advance information on how shareholders may vote. KPN can count on America Movil, which holds 30 percent of the
