Italian consumer group denounces new operator top-up methods

Italian consumer group Codacons has filed complaints to Italy's anti-trust watchdog AGCM and communications regulator Agcom over new top-up methods introduced by TIM (Telecom Italia), Vodafone and Wind. In a statement, Codacons said the new methods provide less credit than the amount paid in exchange for various promotions, to the detriment of users, who have not been correctly informed of the mandatory activation of the promotion.
