Italian court cancels antitrust fine against Telecom Italia over collusion charges

Italy's top administrative court, the Council of State, overturned the decision of the Lazio regional administrative tribunal that in 2016 upheld a EUR 21.5 million antitrust fine inflicted on Telecom Italia, reports Corriere della Sera. In cancelling the fine, the court has ruled that the case will have to be reopened in light of the latest judgment, if not dropped altogether.
