Italian watchdog tells Amazon to respect postal rules

Italian communications regulator Agcom has announced that the delivery and pick up service offered by Amazon subsidiaries throughout the country qualifies as a postal service and, as such, needs to comply with the corresponding national and EU rules governing such services.
