ITC to review Interdigital patent ruling

Licensing group InterDigital announced that the US International Trade Commission has decided to review its initial ruling in InterDigital's patent infringement case against Nokia, Huawei and ZTE. In June the ITC found that the handset makers did not infringe mobile technology patents held by InterDigital. The Administrative Law Judge found that one of InterDigital's asserted patents was infringed, but the patent was not valid. He further found that four of InterDigital's patents were not proven invalid but are not infringed and that the remaining two asserted patents were invalid and not
