ITU allows 30 African nations to delay digital TV migration

Monday 23 February 2015 | 11:00 CET | News

This revelation contradicts a key argument by Francis Wangusi, director-general of the Communications Authority (CA), that Kenya must migrate by June or would attract sanctions.
